Fused Olive Oils

Fused olive oils, also known as agrumato in Italian, are crafted by crushing fresh olives together with whole fruits, herbs, or spices during the milling process. The ingredients are combined right from the start, allowing the flavors to blend naturally and create a vibrant, harmonious oil.

Characteristics of Fused Olive Oils:

  • Bright and Fresh Flavor: Because the ingredients are milled together, the flavors are bold and aromatic.
