Return Policy
We are committed to providing you with the highest quality products. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. This policy helps us ensure that every bottle of extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar you receive is fresh and has been handled with the utmost care.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will gladly replace the item at no additional cost. To expedite the process, please provide us with your order number and photos of the damaged or defective product.
CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY:
To ensure classes take place, a minimum number of tickets must be purchased. If this requirement is not met, the class may be canceled or rescheduled. In such cases, you will be notified and given the choice of a full refund or the option to transfer your ticket to the new date.
If you need to cancel your attendance, please email info@littleoliveco.com. Cancellations made at least one week in advance are eligible for a full refund. For cancellations after this period, refunds are not available, but your ticket can be converted into a voucher for future use. Since our classes often sell out, we will also attempt to fill your spot from our waitlist. However, same-day cancellations are not eligible for refunds or vouchers, as all class preparations are completed the day before.
