Chef David Scott, founder of 86 Hunger Now, brings heart, flavor, and fun to everything he does — both in the kitchen and in the community. Raised in Youngstown, Ohio, he learned to cook out of necessity, turning tough beginnings into a thriving career as an executive chef.


At Little Olive Co., we’re lucky to have him share his talents in our hands-on cooking classes. Guests love his upbeat, down-to-earth teaching style — think fresh pasta, zesty Caesar salads, and cozy pierogies, all made with our favorite oils and vinegars. His classes are equal parts laughter, learning, and delicious bites, making everyone feel right at home in the kitchen.

With 35 years of culinary experience, Chef Linda brings her warm, welcoming energy to the kitchen as she teaches traditional recipes with a fresh twist. Blending old-school favorites with fun, nutrition-focused tips, her classes are the perfect mix of comforting flavors and practical know-how. Whether it’s a classic dish passed down through generations or a lighter take on a family favorite, Chef Linda makes cooking approachable, enjoyable, and nourishing — just the way it should be.

She's provides delicious, customized in‑home chef services from nutrition‑focused cooking to meal planning and dinner parties. She also donates her time and culinary expertise to support organizations like First Fruit Ministries, The Healing Place of Hanover County and Five14 Revolution which brings hope, healing, and freedom to women vulnerable to human trafficking and exploitation, helping them find safety and restoration.
