Pasta e Piselli (Cavatelli & Spring Peas in Cream Sauce)

Few dishes feel as comforting and satisfying as tender pasta paired with sweet spring peas in a silky cream sauce—and in this hands-on class, you’ll learn to bring this Italian classic to life from scratch.

We’ll start by mixing and shaping rustic cavatelli by hand, creating the perfect texture to hold a delicate, velvety sauce. As the pasta rests, you’ll learn to build layers of flavor using sautéed aromatics, fresh peas, and a touch of cream and cheese to create a light yet luxurious sauce that celebrates simple, seasonal ingredients.

Together, we’ll cook, toss, and finish the dish the traditional way, highlighting techniques you can easily recreate at home.

By the end of class, you’ll enjoy a warm, comforting bowl of Pasta e Piselli and leave with the confidence to make fresh pasta and an elegant cream sauce anytime. Whether you’re new to pasta making or looking to refine your skills, this class offers the perfect blend of tradition, flavor, and fun.

What to expect:

• From 6 PM to 8 PM - 2-hour cooking class
• You will work with others in a group of 12.
• While we don't offer alcoholic drinks, you can bring your own wine or beer.

If you need to cancel your attendance, please email info@littleoliveco.com. Cancellations made at least one week in advance are eligible for a full refund. For cancellations after this period, refunds are not available, but your ticket can be converted into a voucher for future use. Since our classes often sell out, we will also attempt to fill your spot from our waitlist. However, same-day cancellations are not eligible for refunds or vouchers, as all class preparations are completed the day before.

To ensure classes take place, a minimum number of tickets must be purchased. If this requirement is not met, the class may be canceled or rescheduled. In such cases, you will be notified and given the choice of a full refund or the option to transfer your ticket to the new date.
