We’ll begin by building layers of flavor in a rustic soup filled with tender beans, pasta, and fragrant herbs—a true Italian classic.

While it simmers, you’ll mix and shape a soft Cuban bread dough, then cook it right on the stovetop—no oven required! This pan-baked version delivers a beautifully golden crust and fluffy interior, perfect for soaking up every last bite of soup.

By the end of class, you’ll have a soul-warming meal and the skills to bring it to life again and again. Whether you're a beginner or a home-cooking enthusiast, this class offers the perfect blend of comfort, flavor, and fun.

What to expect:

  Wednesdays: 4pm to 6pm - 2 hour cooking class
  Satudays: 3pm to 5pm - 2 hour cooking class
• You will work with others in a group of 10.
• While we dont offer alcoholic drinks, you can bring your own wine or beer.

If you need to cancel your attendance, please email info@littleoliveco.com. Cancellations made at least one week in advance are eligible for a full refund. For cancellations after this period, refunds are not available, but your ticket can be converted into a voucher for future use. Since our classes often sell out, we will also attempt to fill your spot from our waitlist. However, same-day cancellations are not eligible for refunds or vouchers, as all class preparations are completed the day before.

To ensure classes take place, a minimum number of tickets must be purchased. If this requirement is not met, the class may be canceled or rescheduled. In such cases, you will be notified and given the choice of a full refund or the option to transfer your ticket to the new date.
