NEW* Fresh Ravioli with Brown Butter & Sage Sauce

Learn how to make fresh ravioli completely from scratch in this interactive cooking class. You’ll mix, knead and roll your own pasta dough, then create a creamy ricotta filling before learning how to fill, shape and seal your own ravioli. Once cooked, you’ll toss your handmade ravioli in a classic brown butter and sage sauce—a simple combination that is rich, nutty and perfectly suited for fresh pasta.

At the end of the class, everyone will sit down together to enjoy the handmade ravioli they created. You’ll leave with classic pasta-making techniques and the confidence to make fresh ravioli in your own kitchen.

What to expect:

• From 3 to 5 pm / 6 pm to 8 pm - 2-hour cooking class
  
• You will work with others in a group 10 at a community table.

If you need to cancel your attendance, please email info@littleoliveco.com. Cancellations made at least one week in advance are eligible for a full refund. For cancellations after this period, refunds are not available, but your ticket can be converted into a voucher for future use. Since our classes often sell out, we will also attempt to fill your spot from our waitlist. However, same-day cancellations are not eligible for refunds or vouchers, as all class preparations are completed the day before.

To ensure classes take place, a minimum number of tickets must be purchased. If this requirement is not met, the class may be canceled or rescheduled. In such cases, you will be notified and given the choice of a full refund or the option to transfer your ticket to the new date.
