Handmade Pasta Cacio e Pepe

Learn how to make fresh pasta completely from scratch in this interactive cooking class. You’ll mix, knead, roll, and hand-cut your own pasta, then toss it in a classic cacio e pepe sauce made with parmesan and pecorino romano cheese, freshly cracked black pepper and pasta water to create a simple, creamy sauce.

At the end of the class, everyone will sit down together to enjoy the handmade pasta they created. You’ll leave with classic pasta-making techniques and the confidence to instantly level up your home cooking.

What to expect:

From 3 pm to 5 pm or 6 pm to 8 pm - 2-hour family-style cooking class

• You will work with others in a group of 10.
• While we dont offer alcoholic drinks, you can bring your own wine or beer.

If you need to cancel your attendance, please email info@littleoliveco.com. Cancellations made at least one week in advance are eligible for a full refund. For cancellations after this period, refunds are not available, but your ticket can be converted into a voucher for future use. Since our classes often sell out, we will also attempt to fill your spot from our waitlist. However, same-day cancellations are not eligible for refunds or vouchers, as all class preparations are completed the day before.

To ensure classes take place, a minimum number of tickets must be purchased. If this requirement is not met, the class may be canceled or rescheduled. In such cases, you will be notified and given the choice of a full refund or the option to transfer your ticket to the new date.
