Halloween Special! Jack-O’-Lantern Ravioli

Get into the Halloween spirit with this festive fresh pasta cooking class! Costumes are encouraged! You’ll mix, knead and roll your own pasta dough, then create a delicious ricotta filling before learning how to fill, shape and seal adorable jack-o’-lantern ravioli. Once cooked, you’ll pair your festive ravioli with a rich, nutty brown butter and sage sauce.

At the end of the class, everyone will sit down together to enjoy the jack-o’-lantern ravioli they created. You’ll leave with classic ravioli-making techniques and the confidence to bring a little extra fun to fresh pasta in your own kitchen.

What to expect:

From 3 pm to 5 pm or 6 pm to 8 pm - 2-hour family-style cooking class

• You will work with others in a group 10.
• While we don't offer alcoholic drinks, you can bring your wine or beer.

• 1 portion of ravioli with to-go container.

If you need to cancel your attendance, please email info@littleoliveco.com. Cancellations made at least one week in advance are eligible for a full refund. For cancellations after this period, refunds are not available, but your ticket can be converted into a voucher for future use. Since our classes often sell out, we will also attempt to fill your spot from our waitlist. However, same-day cancellations are not eligible for refunds or vouchers, as all class preparations are completed the day before.

To ensure classes take place, a minimum number of tickets must be purchased. If this requirement is not met, the class may be canceled or rescheduled. In such cases, you will be notified and given the choice of a full refund or the option to transfer your ticket to the new date.
