If you need to cancel your attendance, please email info@littleoliveco.com. Cancellations made at least one week in advance are eligible for a full refund. For cancellations after this period, refunds are not available, but your ticket can be converted into a voucher for future use. Since our classes often sell out, we will also attempt to fill your spot from our waitlist. However, same-day cancellations are not eligible for refunds or vouchers, as all class preparations are completed the day before.

To ensure classes take place, a minimum number of tickets must be purchased. If this requirement is not met, the class may be canceled or rescheduled. In such cases, you will be notified and given the choice of a full refund or the option to transfer your ticket to the new date.

    loved the class

    I loved all the extra tips that he gave like when we made the marinade I asked him about using it with lamb and he said to just add rosemary. Now I make a really good beef stew that my husband and kids just love but I decided to use lamb and marinade it in the one I made from class with added rosemary. My husband just loved it even better than my original and the meat was sooooo tender. I learned a lot and enjoyed the group class experience. It was interesting how much we all had in common. Great experience. I will be taking more classes.
