New: Handmade Pasta with Honey Butter Tomato Sauce

Master the art of fresh handmade pasta in our interactive class! Learn how to mix, knead, roll, and hand cut pasta from scratch before boiling it to perfection and tossing it in a silky brown butter & honey burst-tomato sauce finished with fresh parmesan and basil.

You’ll leave with the confidence to recreate fresh pasta at home while learning approachable techniques that make homemade pasta feel simple and fun.

At the end of class, everyone will sit down together and enjoy the fresh pasta they created. Elevate your cooking skills and enjoy a fun-filled culinary experience at Little Olive Co.

What to expect:

• From 3 pm to 5 pm or 6 pm to 8 pm - 2-hour family-style cooking class
  
• You will work with others in a group of 10.
• While we dont offer alcoholic drinks, you can bring your own wine or beer.

If you need to cancel your attendance, please email info@littleoliveco.com. Cancellations made at least one week in advance are eligible for a full refund. For cancellations after this period, refunds are not available, but your ticket can be converted into a voucher for future use. Since our classes often sell out, we will also attempt to fill your spot from our waitlist. However, same-day cancellations are not eligible for refunds or vouchers, as all class preparations are completed the day before.

To ensure classes take place, a minimum number of tickets must be purchased. If this requirement is not met, the class may be canceled or rescheduled. In such cases, you will be notified and given the choice of a full refund or the option to transfer your ticket to the new date.
