We'll start with the art of risotto, learning the patience and technique behind slowly coaxing each ladle of warm broth into perfectly tender, velvety rice, finished with a generous hand of aged parmesan.

While your risotto rests, we'll build a stunning strawberry caprese—layering sweet, ripe strawberries with fresh mozzarella and fragrant basil, finished with a drizzle of balsamic that ties every bright, bold flavor together.

By the end of class, you'll walk away with a show-stopping meal and the skills to pull it off again and again. Whether you're chasing the elegance of an Italian trattoria or simply love food that's as beautiful as it is delicious, this class delivers freshness, finesse, and unforgettable flavor in every single bite.

What to expect:

• From 6pm to 8 pm on Friday, 2 hour cooking class
• You will work with others in a group of 12.
• While we dont offer alcoholic drinks, you can bring your own wine or beer.

If you need to cancel your attendance, please email info@littleoliveco.com. Cancellations made at least one week in advance are eligible for a full refund. For cancellations after this period, refunds are not available, but your ticket can be converted into a voucher for future use. Since our classes often sell out, we will also attempt to fill your spot from our waitlist. However, same-day cancellations are not eligible for refunds or vouchers, as all class preparations are completed the day before.

To ensure classes take place, a minimum number of tickets must be purchased. If this requirement is not met, the class may be canceled or rescheduled. In such cases, you will be notified and given the choice of a full refund or the option to transfer your ticket to the new date.
