Spanish Manzanilla Olives - Stuffed w/Almond

These traditional-style olives are pleasantly bitter and smoky, stuffed with an almond center. Ideally paired with aged Swiss or pepper jack cheese, Sherry or Cava wine, Genoa salami, or in a dirty martini cocktail, this olive can also be used as a base for Manzanilla hummus.  They can also be enjoyed alone as a healthy snack
